You Cannot Stop Fighting Until You Start Loving

Fundamentalist Muslims fear and hate fundamentalist Christians. Fundamentalist Christians fear and hate fundamentalist Muslims.

At the root of all the violence is the absurd notion that there is one true religion.

Those of us who have accepted a more tolerant view of religion must understand that we are in the majority. Moderate Muslims are finally coming out in the streets to show their support for America. We must come out in the streets to show our support for them.

If moderates from both religions would demonstrate worldwide for peace and harmony, the brotherhood of humanity could silence the weak minded, primitive, fundamentalist nonsense that is destroying us.

The next time you see a Muslim, say, “Salaam.” You will be rewarded with a big wide smile.
